Parc Detroit with simple BBQ alternatives

Joining FOX 2 is Executive Chef Jordan Hoffman of Parc Detroit stopped by to show us some easy ways to make some summertime favorites.

Rubs for Chicken and Pork:
1 Tb Smoked Paprika
1 Tb Chili Powder
2 Tb Zataar
1 Tb Sumac
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Dried Ancho Chile

Baby Potatoes With Garlic Butter and Thyme:
½ lb Baby Multi-Color Potatoes
¼ cup Sliced Shallot
1 Tb Chopped Garlic
2 Tb Whole Butter
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Chopped Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Sprigs of Thyme

Asparagus with Feta and Roasted Tomatoes:
1 lb Asparagus
4 oz Crumbled Feta
¼ cup Sliced Shallots
2 Tb Olive Oil
1 Lemon Sliced
1 Tb Chopped Parsley
